I honestly got on a wrong foot with TrueFacet. I purchased a high-end Rolex watch from them and had my doubts. But because I watched several YouTube watch reviews, I learned that they are legitimate. So I gave it a go. 2 weeks past, still no watch. I was beginning to be anxious. Finally, on the 3rd week and 5 phone calls to their corporate line, the watch arrived. As expected, it was 100% authentic. The reason it took a while was because they are authenticating the item before shipping out the item. Fair enough. I just wish they’d tell you which step of the process the order is in. In any case, I’m delighted with my watch. However, the 2nd hiccup began. It was missing a link (did not fit me right away) and did not have the original box. So I, again, called and emailed them. Fortunately, the one to whom i’ve spoken to several times, Glen, was the one who mainly assisted me along with Hetal. They were gracious enough to offer me a link. But since I needed to wear the watch right away, I did not press on it and instead sourced it from my local jeweler who happened to have the link I needed the same day. The Rolex box, I just got FedEx tracking number today that it has been shipped and I did not pay a dime. Of course i’m happy with that. Kudos!Overall, would I recommend them? Absolutely YES. Is it a perfect transaction? NO. But they pulled through by providing this back-end stellar customer service — shoutout to Glen! Will I be buying more from them? I am now in the process of acquiring a new piece from them as we speak. Are there improvements to be made? See my 2 wishes below:My two wishes for them to make it a truly incredible experience? I wish they would update the client every step of the way instead of the confirmation email and the shipping info (which has an interval of 2 weeks).
