Bought a never worn Cartier love bracelet from them which took over a month to get. The bracelet was over 16 years old and had been sent for polishing at least once. Sent it back to them and they accused me of scratching the bracelet. They said they would get a brand new one or issue a refund, but nether happened so I had to have my CC company reverse the charges. Customer service was challenging to get a hold of throughout the experience. I bought once from them before but never again.
