Bad Hosting Service.Attention moderator and every person reading this review,This guys are operating completely outside the ethics of web domain and hosting service. I purchased a domain name and they would not want me to change the nameserver of the domain l purchased. Ordinarily like with all web hosting and domain service provider, when you purchase a domain name you can choose to use the domain name at any hosting service provider or hosting plan you deem fit to use. But in the case with this bad hosting service provider, they lock your domain name. I have been experiencing series of bad customer service along with interrupted and unreliable bad hosting service with this host. I will never recommend their service to anyone. Moreso, they are operating in the cloud with noverifiable office presence and no physical contact details, (i.e phone numbers), tantamount to disappearing anytime. I have started making arrangement to bring them to book since they have decided to continue extorting money from people in my country and offering these form of bad service with bad WhatsApp customer service while using a local bank for public collection. They are prone to make your website to disappear anytime and will insist that you pay them to try to recover it. Several a times l had other issues like losing my hosting account to someone else without my consent, my domains removed from my hosting account and replaced with strange domains. In the first place where does this form of rubbish happen in domain hosting anywhere in the world? Bad service. Bad customer service, unreliably interruptable bad hosting service. Stay away.
