I really appreciate the concept of this coffee, but it comes off a bit bland—almost like drinking hot water. Additionally, the lid can be quite difficult and painful to open, especially for those of us who are a bit older. A couple of times, it even sprayed coffee all over the kitchen. The lid definitely needs to be easier to handle, especially for someone who drinks multiple cups daily!
