While this accommodation may seem high quality, it is actually very unsafe, and the staff are incredibly unreliable when issues arise. The main concern is the lack of security; a random individual entered a flatmate's room at night due to a broken main door, despite previous complaints to the staff. The broken entrance door to our block allowed anyone to enter freely for weeks, raising serious safety concerns. Even after reporting it multiple times, there has been no urgency in addressing these issues. I would not recommend this accommodation, especially for those moving far from home.
