I can only speak for the TRUE accommodation in Swansea: Positives include new, hotel-quality rooms and a great gym, along with friendly staff and various events for students. However, it is quite far from the Singleton Campus, and the bus service is unreliable. Many students opt to walk to ensure they can catch a bus. The accommodation is also expensive, and cleaning services are lacking. Despite these drawbacks, my son enjoys living here.
