I ordered a long sleeve shirt from an advertisement from this company. I wanted to support a small business instead of a larger retailer. As a first-time customer, I received an 18% discount at checkout, which I used. I paid for shipping to me, which was fine. However, when I returned the item, I paid for return shipping, which was also acceptable based on their policy. Upon receiving my refund, the company deducted the 18% discount from my total. They charged me for the discount they initially offered. I found this refund policy to be dishonest, as I was never informed that I would have to pay more than what was initially charged and that I would be penalized for the discount. Buyer beware.
