Bjj mouthguard for me and night guard for my wife. I first got a mouthguard for BJJ. I went with the thickest one. Probably could have gone for the middle thickness. I’ve warn it for about a year without issues. I recommend it to other people at the gym. I’ve never liked mouthguards because they make me gag. This one doesn’t so it’s the go to. My wife got a night guard. She doesn’t grind her teeth all that often, but when she does her night guard really helps. Overall I feel like both were a solid buy.
