Very disappointing experience with TruFit.They sent me the impression kit, which I completed carefully. I even took photos of the impressions and emailed them on 1/5/26 to confirm everything looked okay before sending them in. I never received a response.Since I didn’t hear back, I mailed the impressions anyway. Three weeks later, they finally emailed me saying the impressions were “too shallow” and wanted to charge me an additional $15 to redo them.At that point, due to the poor communication and delays, I decided to request a refund. I paid $96 total, but they kept $30 for the kit and refunded only $66—despite the fact that: • They never replied to my original email • They never warned me there was an issue before I mailed the impressions • They never apologized or made any effort to make things rightBad communication, slow responses, extra charges after the fact, and no customer service accountability. I would not recommend this company.
