You receive a box with materials to make two impressions. I was unable to create the 2nd impression because the material crumbled in my hand. I contacted customer service and they said no problem they'd send out another. They sent me another full impression kit. I watched the video several times before taking the impressions. I took three impressions in total but the box will only accommodate two when sending it back. Next email I get is that neither impression is usable. They want $25 for another impression kit because they already sent me two kits. It's not my fault the product in the first kit crumbled. They refuse to issue me a full refund.
