We have used truly engaging in the past and while we had a few hiccups with the printing, we eventually ended up liking the product. We tried to use them again and the customer support was incredibly difficult to work with and wanted to make changes to our design, offered multiple times to send us a printed sample, then turned around two days later and told us they didn’t do samples and they were canceling our order. This has been a very frustrating experience and a waste of time of time we could have been using to work with a different company. Was a company I would have recommended in the past but I just cannot anymore.
