Listen to the bad reviews. They are all true. It’s honestly comical how many of them mention the woman on the phone with the attitude. When will she get it? I have had ups and downs with this company. I kept coming back bc the product is so good on the web but it’s just not reliable. They are constantly making misrepresentations, going back and forth with inconsistent information, there’s NO quality control and in my opinion, to say the CSR Lisa Baird has a rude attitude and zero accountability is an understatement. This company really screwed us over. After going back and forth for weeks with waiting 3 days at a time for them to respond they canceled at the absolute last minute as soon as there was objective proof of their inability to get the order how I designed it and paid for it before they messed it up. DO NOT work with this company. They are the least customer centric and most unprofessional company in any industry that I’ve ever encountered.
