On other websites, I would struggle to find something created already (that I liked) in the colors I wanted, but I was able to instead find something I liked and then edit the colors!The option of receiving a free sample of my product first was fantastic for color matching as well. I almost made a mistake based on what I was seeing on my computer, but I was able to make the appropriate changes after seeing my free sample (and ordering a second free sample to ensure my second try was correct).I was also very pleased when a mistake was made on my change the dates. The company worked with me to fix the mistake in a timely manner, and I was even able to cancel production when I had to make another change (had to change my date a second time). It really saved me from spending unnecessary money.The free sample option came in handy again with my invitations because my mom and I could not agree on which we liked better. Seeing our two options in person really helped us come to a decision.The best part about using this company is receiving quality products for low prices. There are often sales, so it is easy to save a lot of money!tl;dr- Product is customizable. Customer service is great. Prices are low.
