When I used it I found there is virtually no support unless you are in India time. We use AWS SES the tech support does not even know how to get their warmup to measure delivery.After 3 weeks with the service they still have not responded with real guidance to solve the problem**UPDATE:The site was good about issuing a refund; they also claim they are now capable of warming up addresses that use AWS SES.
