This company was used by the sellers of the house we have just moved into and have left a long scratch along the entire length of our hallway - which 100% was not present on completion. It's clearly been caused by dragging a fridge from the kitchen to the door. Having raised the issue via the sellers, Trunk Logistics fabricated lies to cover their workers (and themselves). They offered £40 to the sellers for what is £100's worth of damage to our Amtico flooring. Given the great reviews, it's a shame that there wouldn't be a better attempt to resolve the matter. Avoid if you're looking for a company that cares about every stage of delivery.- EDIT: we have now received some remuneration for the damages caused. It would have been nice to have seen a proactive response from the start however, I appreciate the action taken in the end.
