They have been quick, clear, and helpful with every response. Haven't had a single issue aside from a day or two delay with shipping but that was due to the final payment not being processed which isn't anyone's fault,and they even contacted me immediately as that issue came up. Truly can't say a single negative thing about this company and I'm eagerly impatient for my teeth to get here.
