I’ve recently changed over to their WiFi, and while it took a bit of time to get everything sorted (with Openreach being sent out to the property several times), I’m happy to say it’s now all up and running brilliantly!A huge thank you to Praveen, my account manager, who has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He’s been responsive, punctual, and always at the end of the phone when needed. His communication has been excellent, and I’ve been really impressed with the level of service provided.Now that everything’s up and running, the WiFi is working perfectly — definitely worth the effort!
