I'm curious about anyone's experiences with the complaint process for a trader rated 5 stars. We reported a fraudulent website, nonexistent contact details, and they remain listed with a 5-star rating. The contractor did an acceptable job but was supposed to return to finish. Six months later, we are still waiting and unable to reach them, yet the platform still lists a functioning mobile number that goes unanswered.
