Had an absolute gent of a man called Chris, very friendly, nonjudgmental, made it very easy for me to talk which as a male is very difficult. Made me feel extremely comfortable, calm. Would not of done it without him, he kept me in the loop the whole time. Talked me through every stage/options and explained in very simple terms the bits I didn’t understand. Give the guy a raise!
