I had a problem with two flights with Oman Air via Kiwi. The first flight from Phuket to Oman was cancelled by Oman for Operational reasons. The insurance policy that I had with Kiwi kicked in and I received an immediate payment. They did not refund the second flight from Oman to the UK because even though it was not possible to make the connection due to a lack of connecting flights they said that it was.I cancelled my flight with Oman on 5th December expecting some return from them less the 30 Euro admin charge that Kiwi would charge. The annoying thing is that if I hadn't cancelled it I would have received a full refund from Kiwi under my insurance policy.I have tried to contact Kiwi but their procedures are evasive and if you do get a response it is a standard impersonal email that tells you that you have to address your problem with your travel agent. My personal opinion of Oman Air is that the are a bunch of crooks. According to the reviews many customers never receive repayment from them. I can understand why Kiwi did not pay me for my interrupted flight as these guys would not have paid them either.
