US Made products were important to my Dad.

I specifically asked if the caskets were made in the US. My father only bought US products. I was told the wood was sourced in the US and assembled in South America. I was willing to compromise on that issue. The casket arrived yesterday in packaging stamped "Made in China." I'm amending my review. Moments after posting my original review Jeffrey with Trusted Caskets called. We were able to work out a resolution and a new casket arrived today. I'm happy with the resolution.

Shipped by determined date.

While I was able to contact the company, I was told I would receive a confirmation and time it would be shipped, however I did not. Yet, the casket was delivered the morning of the day I wanted it and all was good!
