I accepted, stupidly, a cold call! We are on the preference service, but despite assurances I’ve read on Trust Pilot, it clearly seems to make no difference! However after being taken in and doing due diligence and checking out Trust Pilot, again and other online leads, I went along with a scheduled visit to see if we qualified for a grant upgrade. Having scheduled an appointment, which meant a disruption to our evening routine, I waited in anticipation. Having phoned earlier in the day, to confirm the meeting, it was confirmed at the appointed time. Yet no show. I think I have been spared a major embarrassment, but supremely annoyed that this has happened! To add. It was mentioned during our call, that I would get a follow up call to confirm, before the visit. We had two, unknown mobile calls while we were out, the previous day. No message left. I phoned out of interest. No answer. No idea if these were related. But either you are a genuine company who does things according to the book. Or leave us alone.
