Excellent customer relations. I did have a minor problem earlier in the initial negotiations but the salesman was keen to ensure that I was happy with the whole process and now my batteries have just been installed by a very friendly and helpful member of the Trusted Home Solutions team. He took a lot of trouble to ensure everything was working as it should and particularly getting the App to connect that was being difficult, but he did it. The whole team are to be recommended!
