We were offered a free loft inspection. We use our loft for storage. The person that came out was courteous, and on time. He did show us some things we were unaware of about our loft, and made recommendations that we store things in plastic boxes and found that we had rodents. We received a report with photos and a description. He didn’t ask us to buy anything and we appreciated the service. He made a recommendation for a local person to help us with the rodents as well.
