Had salesman visit on 16/7/24, and ageed contract. The next day I had changed my mind, so sent an email to cancel, but got no requested acknowledgement of receipt. So then sent a letter with signed for delivery on Thursday 18/7/24 to address on the contract. Now see from tracking that the letter has been diverted. Had a phone call this morning (22/7/24), and appologised for not acknowledging my email, and said they were in the process of moving to new premises. Said refund cheque would be in the post this week.
