This evening I received a telephone call. This was about my earlier review. An apology was given about the way the company went about their business with me. No intent to mislead me but some mix up on their part.I was asked to amend my initial review.After some thought, in my view the company could respond to my review and explain what they intend to do, to ensure a better service which may result in a sale.If reviews are to mean anything at all, they must be honest. I'm happy that my initial review was honest. So I will leave it to Trustedhomesolutions to explain what went wrong this time. And what has been done to ensure the same mistakes won't reoccur.
