Battery storage fitted in June 2023.Battery storage is working well.However, did not get the additional socket from the storage that was on the plan. I have chased but had no response from Trustedhomesolutions for several months.Recently, following a change to my broadband, the WiFi module is not connected. I've been through the reconfiguration process without success. I have mailed, again without response.Good product, poor support.EDIT:Was contacted by Nathan who explained that my previous contact at the company had left and my outstanding socket was therefore not picked up. Arranged for an engineer to come round and fit, the wifi module was reconfigured and the engineer explained the process for any future changes I may need to make.
