I made a payment to an Alibaba seller via Trustly on 18 December 2025. The payment never reached the seller, and Alibaba clearly shows the transaction as “Payment Failed.” Despite this, the money was never refunded to me.The funds have effectively vanished, with no explanation, no update, and no accountability. To make matters worse, there is no clear way to contact Trustly at all—no support link, no response, nothing.At this point, it looks like my money has simply been taken. Is this service legitimate, or is Trustly running a scam?
