I wish I could give zero stars. I paid a good chunk of money for long haul flights with KLM through Trustly. I have no flights because KLM haven't received the payment. I have provided the FPID number and the reference number on the proof of payment document but nobody replies. KLM customer service tell me to check with my bank - my bank confirms the payment has gone through - 2 days ago! Trustly website payment tracker just buffers forever and their customer service have not replied. Where is the live chat they claim to have on their website? No phone number either so impossible to speak to a person. What an ironic company name they have chosen. UnTrustly is more accurate. NEVER make payments with Trustly.
