I would rate them a solid zero stars.The support people don't work weekends and when they did get around to replying they asked me for the same info and screenshots I had already supplied in my original request for help in finding a lost payment.What makes it worse is I suspect their clunky technology is crap and can't handle a surge in the volume of transactions it receives at busy times of the day.My advice, pay by card.
