Right now not so impressed with Trustly. I have made a payment og 19.200 DKK with trystly to a travel agent, nearly 1,5 week ago, they haven’t been received yet, but the money went out of my Account straight away. Went to Trustlys customer service last thursday, but still haven’t had any response eventhough they have had all the info needed and State that they should response within 24 hours.
