1 star — Money withdrawn, but payment failed — no helpI made a payment through Trustly over a week ago. The money was withdrawn from my bank account, but the transaction shows as unsuccessful, and the company I was paying never received the funds.I contacted my bank — they confirmed the money was sent, but since I used Trustly, they told me to contact Trustly directly. I’ve reached out to Trustly, but so far I haven’t received a clear answer or refund.How can a company withdraw money, fail to deliver the payment, and then take no responsibility? This is unacceptable. I expected much better from a licensed payment provider. Until this is resolved, I can’t recommend using Trustly.
