I bought a plane ticket but didn’t receive a confirmation email. I sent an email to the company but didn’t get a reply. I also called their customer service and had to wait on hold for over an hour before someone finally answered.In the end, I did receive my ticket, but the process was more difficult and stressful than it should have been. I hope the company can improve its communication and support in the future.
