Used it for ordering plane tickets, but it failed in the checkout process so i had to use Visa payment instead. But Trustly withdrew the money from the account so i ended up paying twice. Trustly dont have an email, chat or phone. Just a webform you can fill out. So i ended up contacting the airline trying to fix up theyr mess. Im still waiting for my money. This is the second time this happens so I strongly recommend not to use theyr service until they fix it and get an proper customer service.
