Fast efficient service at Trusty Pets getting my order out and delivered as always...something I greatly appreciate. HOWEVER the delivery service DPD has again let both you and me down. My order did not arrive damaged this time.... but did not arrive at my house AT ALL, even though I received an email to tell me HAD been delivered.It was not delivered to MY address... but was standing on my next door neighbour's front step (they were out) in the open, in the pouring rain, so it go soaked. Perhaps it's time to find another delivery service for the Scottish Borders? PLEASE!
