Cancelled my order because I wanted to try some samples first to test the flavor after reading some reviews about the aftertaste. Side note: I tried 4 different sample packs from Amazon and it was not great, at first the flavor was yummy but then it was a an almost chemical aftertaste. They confirmed my order was cancelled via the support email. A month later the order went through again. I emailed immediately and asked them why it wasn’t cancelled and to cancel. Instead of processing my request they asked me why I wanted to cancel. I said I didn’t like the flavor and to please cancel. They came back and said they’d give a discount of 35% off. Still didn’t cancel. I tried calling and the phone number said they weren’t accepting calls and to reach out to the email I was already contacting. At this point I emailed saying I just wanted this order that should’ve never gone through to be canceled and they replied saying I had to cancel myself via their website and that my order had now already processed and they could no longer cancel. It showed on the tracking the order hadn’t shipped so I followed up saying I would be disputing the charge with my credit company as I was advised this was cancelled a month ago and they had time to cancel when I first emailed and kept trying to delay until it processed. They offered me more discounts. The experience has been very frustrating and feels a bit scammish. Not only does the flavor taste bad but their service is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend.
