The product didn't work for me, so I returned it, obeying all the requirements. I was told they would notify me when they received it back but never did. I tracked the shipment and found they received it on 6/3/25. I reached out to Support twice and have not received a reply or my refund. It has been a month since they received the device, and I still haven’t received my refund!
