Torqueball is a cruel joke. The intent is to help hands and arms and bring relief from pain. I'm 75 years old and have arthritis in my hands. A bodybuilder would have to set and activate the torqueball, not someone who is seeking relief from pain in their hands. IMPOSSIBLE TO USE UNLESS YOU ARE A BODYBUILDER AND DON'T NEED THE TORQUEBALL!!!
