Just received the Torque Balls. Don't know yet how much they are helping. But very put off by an extra $39.99 charge on my credit card for Dr. Evans' Hands for Life Academy, which I did not agree to. The company said it was added as a 7-day trial period, and then they started billing. I never received that email, was not informed, did not check the box that said "Email me with news and offers", and I still ended up with the $39.99 charge. I argued that I did no agree to the subscription during my initial TorqueBall order process. It really bothers me how they get away with charging an additional subscription even without my agreeing to it. If I had known how they do business, I would have gone looking at yard sales also for these TorqueBalls. I do not appreciate companies with questionable business practices like this.
