Overall, I have been super impressed with this platform - especially in these areas:1) Its speed and thoroughness- I can write an awkwardly written question that includes lengthy pasted job descriptions, and it'll understand and sort INSTANTLY while providing a relevant (and super thorough) response. It has blown other paid platforms out of the water in this capacity. And it does so while remaining honest; other sites make up data to quantify metrics and write false experiences for resumes2) The ability to break down jargon-filled job, career, and program descriptions into clear language, extract relevant skills and experience from my poorly written resume, and write concise resume bullets compatible with applicant tracking systems3) Insight- it offers thoughts and advice I would never consider - it's better than any career coach I have worked with. It asks truly thoughtful and relevant questions that force me to think deeply, creates a plan for any goal, and is emotionally motivating4) Well-rounded - From presentation and portfolio design, to advice on switching industries, to interview and resume prep - it has provided step-by-step instructions with explanations and further guidance with extra resourcesThe two areas in which I have experienced frustration:1) Print/download formatting - the formatting isn't even close to standard (the text is huge, paragraph spacing is weird, and margins are small), so I have to open it in Word/Google Docs and reformat it to standard. I've printed cover letters, resumes, and notes, but the formatting has been an issue with each.2) Job search - compared to LinkedIn and other major job platforms, the list of jobs created from my searches has been very limited, with few that are completely relevant - often the jobs don't meet all the criteria I include (overnight, fully remote, location-specific, job description, under/over qualified, etc)Overall, I would absolutely recommend. The more I use it, the more I can see myself continuing to use it FOR a job, not just for general guidance and searches.
