We bought this brush for our son who HATES brushing! Now we have to limit him to only 3x a day! We recently had some issues with the brush not holding a charge. I sent an email to customer service around 10pm expecting to hear back in a few days. Imagine my surprise when I received a response a few short minutes later! Joie was the rep who helped me and within a few short and specific communications, it was determined I needed a new unit. I received a confirmation of it being sent to me, free of all charges, appx. 30mins after my initial communication! We are very happy with the product and customer service, and I will be recommending these brushes in the future!
