My experiences with the auto brush have been quite varied. While I appreciate the product, I've encountered several issues with orders and shipping. Initially, the item I wanted was out of stock, forcing me to select an alternative. I could have waited for a restock, but I had no way of knowing how long that might take. Upon receiving my order, I found that the charging cable was missing. Since it uses a proprietary cable, I couldn't use any of my spare cables for charging. Although they sent a replacement, I felt pressured to demonstrate that I had searched thoroughly for the missing cable. In my most recent order, I received no updates for a week, only to discover that some items were out of stock when I inquired. I requested a split shipment to receive the available items, but it’s been almost two weeks since then, and I’m still waiting for the partial order to arrive. Moreover, the website leaves much to be desired in terms of user experience. Items are often set to bulk orders with subscription options as the default, which I prefer to avoid. It's not always clear how to place a one-time order. For instance, when ordering foaming toothpaste, I usually want just one tube of a specific flavor, but the site seems to push me to buy two or more. If I want multiple flavors or a subscription, the options are limited. I genuinely like the auto brush and toothpaste products, but the ordering process has been quite frustrating. I suggest the following improvements: - Clearly mark items as 'out of stock' to prevent unwanted orders.
- Allow customers to choose if split shipments are acceptable.
- Implement a universal charging cable like USB-C for convenience.
- Set single-item, one-time ordering as the default option on product pages, while still offering subscriptions as an alternative.
