I have reason to believe that this company is either too immature to understand customer relations or they are just plain scams. I ordered their cleanse and waited quite some time. Now the item did get delivered, but to the wrong house. I never received my order, the place the delivery company dropped it off was at my neighbours door which is directly in an alleyway, so by the time they got home, it was gone. That is not on them, but what is on them is how they dealt with it afterwards. When i purchased this product, I did feel like I had a little piece of mind because I got delievery insurance. I did contact the delivery company first and immediately notified them that the pack was dropped off at the wrong address. They made a note of it on file, now it was up to the vendor to contact them to make sure that that was indeed the case. I contacted their customer support and at first I was recieving responses that they would be able to send me a replacement if I could provide a claim reference number, which dragonfly courrier do not do or supply. I reached out to biocleanse customer support again and informed them that dragonfly does not do claim reference numbers for mis-delievered packages. They then replied that I needed to get them to send me an email stating the package has been mis-delievered. I then sent biocleanse a photo of my door which goes downstairs and had my address posted next to it and then sent them a photo of where the delivery was dropped off which was a door upstaris and no address next to it. After continuously reaching out to dragonfly and asking them for an email confirmation they informed me that they do not send emails out and that I need to tell the vendor do contact them and they will have everything on file for them to see that it had been mis-delievered. So I once again reached out to biocleanse customer support and explained that to them and then radio silence. I followed up with 3 more emails asking that this be rectified and that I had gotten delivery insurance. Still no response. I have emailed them a separate time stating my dissatisfaction and they have not replied. I have spent literally hours on the phone, on hold with the delivery company and that is time I will not get back. It is up to the vendor to contact the delivery company that they decided to use that messed up the delivery. And that's what the delivery company told me. What is the point of getting delivery insurance if they aren't going to even follow through. Save your money and time and pass on purchasing any product from this fraudulent company.
