They seem super scammy as even though I purchased package insurance, they are refusing to refund/reship even though the order has been "in transit" for 2 weeks. Customer service is completely unhelpful and denies any responsibility even though legally that is what package INSURANCE is for. They are clearly fraudsters and it's insane they think they can get away with this.
