Stay away from this scam of a company. First of all they hid their subscription policy in their refund page stating that you HAVE to go through one renewal cycle before you cancel which is not clearly stated at all in their checkout process. Secondly, it takes way longer than stated to receive. It said 2-7 days and took over 2 weeks to receive it. Thirdly they have THE worst customer service as they take forever to respond so any back and forth takes no joke weeks to figure out any problems and not even come to a solution. Not to mention they WILL ghost you if you bring up something with truth that they can’t get around. I will be filing a FTC complaint because this company wasn't upfront about their subscription policy even stated multiple times during and before checkout that theres “zero commitment. Cancel anytime” trust me there is hidden commitment and you cant cancel anytime. Just do yourself a HUGE favor and look elsewhere.
