I reached out after seeing an Instagram ad advertising an ITIN for $249 — they replied and quoted $299, refused to honor the price I have offered, and responded defensively/rudely when I pushed for clarification. I did not pay. I have screenshots of the ad, their catalog, and the chat with timestamps. Save your time and money - A BIG AVOID!!
