If I could mark it a zero I would. If I could add screenshots I would. This company is the absolute worst. They took a payment a day early it caused a ripple effect with the nsf fee from the declined payment. I contacted Bree. They say on their website they try within a few days and warn you before my email saying there is an upcoming payment. They didn’t warn me as they said they would. No instead they tried 11 times again in the same day. Do the math on that!! 48$ each time. I reached out to them told them to stop and explained what happened said I’d pay the following pay. They didn’t stop. In a 2 week period I incurred over 2200$ in nsf fees as a result of their terrible disregarding actions. They are the absolute worst! Don’t do it you will regret it. My 300$ loan has now cost me 2200$. They’re suppose to be fee free. No they’re absolutely not. You pay a tip on your loan. The tip isn’t optional and you also have to pay a monthly membership fee. But nothing and I mean nothing makes up for the 10-15 times per day attempts and the nsf fees that come with that. Again trust pilot should allow you to upload facts.
