I ordered a specific eye formula on November 26, and it took 3 weeks to arrive, shipped from overseas despite claims of local production. On December 24, I received a notice about another item being sent that I never ordered. When I contacted the support team, they insisted I had signed up for a subscription service, which was not clearly stated during the ordering process. I've been emailing them, but they only send generic replies that don't address my refund request. Although I managed to cancel the subscription, they are ignoring my refund request. The reviews on their advertisements claiming excellent service are misleading and seem fraudulent. After reading other reviews, it appears that the whole operation may be a scam, and their claims about improving eyesight are untrue. I strongly recommend steering clear of this service as it is not reliable.
