The customer service experience was extremely disappointing! I attempted to cancel my order, but they continuously told me to let them know and they would send a link. I'm still waiting for that link. The only refund they offered was 40% off. There’s no phone option to speak with anyone; all communication is done via email with slow response times! I do not recommend purchasing this product!
