Terrible support experience. A complete disaster. If you place an order online and decide to change your payment method, make sure to verify your cart—because this service will silently alter it for you. When I updated my payment, the sizes in my cart automatically switched to small, despite my not changing anything. I reached out to the support team immediately through their website and by email. There was no response. Then I received a shipping confirmation. Naturally, the incorrect sizes were sent. I contacted them three more times before finally receiving a reply—and when I did, it didn’t address my concern at all. After several more attempts, they requested pictures before they would “let me know” how to return the items. I had to send the pictures three times before I got another response. This service feels like a scam. I disputed the charge with my credit card, and they provided false information in their response to secure payment. I reopened the dispute and will continue to fight it so that this company receives none of my money. I will return the items because they are unwearable, but I refuse to pay for return shipping after being ignored at every turn. Horrible service. Terrible support. Completely incompetent and dishonest. I will be posting negative reviews everywhere I can to alert others about this fraudulent business.
